A Best Place To Work
Our people are the heartbeat of CooperKatz. Every top PR agency has awards on the shelf, and we’ve certainly won our share. But the one that makes us most proud is being named multiple times to the Crain’s New York Business list of the “100 Best Places to Work in New York City.”
Our culture is rooted in respect, care, and collaboration. Nearly half of our employees have been here more than five years. The majority of our Senior Staff members have been here for more than a decade. And each team member is mentored by a dedicated career manager.
We believe in balancing our work with our lives. This manifests in benefits like flexible remote working arrangements and time off each year for volunteering. We get seriously excited about our quirky holiday videos. And come Thursday afternoon, our halls are filled with snacks and spirits as the bar cart rolls by.
It’s these and other intangibles that set our culture apart. We celebrate each other’s wins, in the office and in life. We value integrity and ethics. We treat each other with respect, genuine interest, and care. And all of this extends to our client relationships, too.
