This October, CooperKatz is celebrating National Work & Family Month. CooperKatz has always been committed to creating a workplace that employees enjoy coming to each day—a place that values hard work, creativity and smart ideas, but equally values each individual as a unique person.

This October, CooperKatz is celebrating National Work & Family Month. First established in 2003 by WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress, National Work & Family month was started to “encourage employers to think strategically about family-friendly policies and work-life benefits such as workplace flexibility, health and wellness, dependent care, community involvement, organizational culture, financial security and paid and unpaid time off.”

CooperKatz has always been committed to creating a workplace that employees enjoy coming to each day – a place that values hard work, creativity and smart ideas, but equally values each individual as a unique person.

From arrangements that allow parents the flexibility to be there for their children (we’ve welcomed six new beautiful babies to the CooperKatz family since I joined in 2012!) to organizing volunteer opportunities throughout NYC and our overall commitment to health and wellness, CooperKatz has created a culture of caring that we all know is incredibly special. And we’ve been recognized for it. Most recently we were named one of Crain’s 2014 best places to work in NYC.

Check out our social channels (links below) as we share posts throughout the month celebrating the culture here at CooperKatz. It allows us to do impactful work for our clients in a caring environment where we all feel like family (corny, I know – but it’s true!). We’ll be using #CKfam, so feel free to share your thoughts along with us!
