CooperKatz Takes 1st Place in Annual PRGN Awards

CooperKatz takes home two first-place wins in the annual Best Practices Awards from the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), a global organization of leading independent public relations agencies. We won a Gold for Consumer Product Communications for “110th Anniversary of Air Conditioning Blows Us Away” on behalf of Carrier, and a Gold for Consumer Services Communications for “Tax-pertise Wins Over Media” (on behalf of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service).

CooperKatz is thrilled to be taking home two first-place wins in the annual Best Practices Awards, sponsored by the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), a global organization of leading independent public relations agencies.

We scored a Gold in the Consumer Services Communications category for our work with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, promoting their “Tax-pertise” within the crowded category of tax preparation.

We also came in a cool #1 in the Consumer Product Communications category for our work with Carrier. CK was tapped to promote the 110th Anniversary of the invention of air conditioning by Willis Carrier. The promotion – and our efforts – blew away the PRGN judges!

Awards are judged based on a number of factors, including account strategy, creativity, execution and results.

With nearly 50 independent public relations firms, 50 offices and more than 900 communications professionals, the PRGN supports clients in more than 80 markets around the world.
