CooperKatz & Co. supported Towers Perrin on initiatives for their clients' human resources communications plans and benefits rollouts.

To support Open Benefit Enrollment season for employees at Pepsi Bottling Group, CooperKatz worked with Towers Perrin to script, direct, produce and edit a benefits message video, hosted by NBA star Muggsy Bogues.

The video, shown to employees at Pepsi bottling plants around the country, reinforced the importance of making smart, informed choices about healthcare benefits and encouraged employees to embrace the smart choices of Pepsi Bottling Group’s Healthy Living program. The following year, the video focused on employee success stories based on the program.

CooperKatz also executed a video to introduce the Danbury Health Systems’ new FlexAbility benefits plan, educate employees about how to make their enrollment decisions and provide instruction in understanding the resources available to them. The video was provided to all employees of the healthcare system in a full package of enrollment materials as well as shown to employees during program launch meetings.
