Program Description:  The GE commitment to help was an umbrella marketing program that promised easy access to pre- and post-purchase product information. The multi-year campaign included the GE Answer Center, today the world's largest hotline of its kind; Quick Fix, a do-it-yourself program for repairing major appliances; languange simplified use and care brochures; and helpful TV infomercials.
