Business Problem:  How do you prepare US government public affairs officers (PAOs) all over the world to manage their own public education campaigns to introduce the new $100 bill?


Program Description:  PERK, the Public Education Resource Kit, was a complete, do-it-yourself package of planning strategies, checklists and resource materials. It enabled PAOs to access the type of education campaign appropriate to their country and then implement it locally. Included were pre-written press releases, outreach letters, speeches, brochures, posters and ad slicks.
