Kevin Acocella is a senior account executive with experience in business-to-business public relations and financial communications.
At CooperKatz, Mr. Acocella is responsible for implementing the ongoing public relations efforts of several clients including consultancy Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and DealerTrack, a technology services company that enables finance transactions between automobile dealers and financial institutions.
Mr. Acocella joined CooperKatz with more than six years of corporate communications experience. He most recently managed investor relations and public relations at Clarus Corporation, an Atlanta-based software company. There he oversaw industry and security analyst relations, financial reporting, SEC regulation compliance, shareholder meetings and investor road shows, as well as financial and business media relations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Acocella worked at two public relations agencies – Cohn & Wolfe and Manning, Selvage & Lee. There, he helped lead public relations activities for a range of accounts that included BellSouth and Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Acocella holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
