Liz Griffith joins CooperKatz & Company for Summer 2000 as an account intern. She is currently supporting all the CooperKatz account teams on a variety of client assignments, including research, media database management, media outreach, writing and more.
Liz is a rising senior at Columbia University, where she is working toward completing a major in Psychology and a minor in Religion. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in Columbia's Public Affairs and Federal Relations office for the past three years. Currently she is the calendar editor and a staff writer and photographer for the Columbia University Record, the university's weekly administrative newspaper. In this capacity, she designs and solicits submissions for the two pages of the paper that contain listings of campus events, and she maintains the calendar Web site. She is also giving tours of the Columbia campus for the Undergraduate Admissions office. Liz was also on the Columbia Varsity Crew team for two years. She is on the Dean's List and is the recipient of a named scholarship. |
