Maria Davies is a seasoned producer, whose experiences include both the conceptual/ creative side of event planning as well as the logistical/executional responsibilities associated with major corporate productions. She has produced high-content corporate videos, designed/staged intimate, targeted business meetings and planned/executed large-scale industry events.
Prior to joining CooperKatz, Ms. Davies spent five years as a senior associate event and video producer at Burson-Marsteller. There she served blue-chip clients like Accenture, The Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch and Sony – managing projects and staff from creative ideation, agenda development, venue selection and staging coordination through on-site logistics and execution.
She began her career at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where she served as a production coordinator for the University Relations department. At Rutgers, she helped organize press conferences including a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Center for Collaborative Neuroscience featuring Christopher Reeves.
Ms. Davies holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and Spanish from Rider University. |
