Combining a creative background with strong analytic and marketing skills, Susan Pralgever has guided public relations, advertising and marketing communications programs for some of America's leading corporations and financial services firms.
For nearly a decade, she led the marketing communications efforts for the asset management divisions of two major Wall Street firms (Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Prudential Securities, Inc.). In addition to creating a broad array of sales promotion materials, a Web site and other collateral for brokers and consumers, she was also responsible for shareholder communications.
Ms. Pralgever spent the first half of her career in advertising, proving versatility by holding managerial positions on both the creative and account management sides of the business. Among her blue-chip clients: General Motors (corporate image), IBM, the New York Stock Exchange, DLJ, First Boston, Fannie Mae and the Edison Electric Institute.
At CooperKatz & Company, she serves as a Vice President, Client Services, with responsibility for promoting the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ public education program and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation’s eVenturing web site (www.eVenturing.org) created for entrepreneurs. Previously, Ms. Pralgever led public relations programs for Capgemini healthcare consulting and Invest Northern Ireland (the economic development agency dedicated to attracting foreign investment to Northern Ireland).
She holds a B.A. from Goucher College, an M.A. in political science from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
